Nontraditional Fieldwork Pathway

You do not have to work as an RBT to pursue meaningful fieldwork. Opportunities may include assessment, program development, data analysis, caregiver and staff training, research connected to active programming, ethics, clinical documentation, and systems-level projects.

Employment with The Progress Lab is not required.

Fieldwork supervision does not guarantee employment, qualifying hours, examination eligibility, or certification. Each proposed activity and supervisory arrangement is reviewed against the applicable credentialing organization’s current requirements before an agreement begins.
